Foreign Minister Receives Open Letters of Greece Ambassador-designate to Ghana

Mr Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, Minister for Foreign Affairs, has received the Open Letters of Mr. Athanasios V. Kotsionis, Ambassador-designate of the Hellenic Republic of Greece to Ghana.

Mr Ablakwa congratulated the Ambassador-designate on his appointment and welcomed the opportunity to deepen bilateral ties between Ghana and Greece.

They explored avenues to boost cooperation in tourism, the green economy, and the maritime sector, highlighting the importance of partnerships that are mutually beneficial.

Ambassador-Designate Kotsionis reaffirmed Greece’s commitment to strengthening its longstanding relations with Ghana.

He pledged to work closely with Ghanaian authorities to expand areas of collaboration.
