President Mahama In London For A Number of Engagements

President John Mahama is in London for a number of engagements including a presentation to the All Party Parliamentary Group on Ebola and the Security Situation in the West African Sub-region.

He will also attend and address a number of investment forums and open The Global African Investment Forum today.

Mr. Mahama will also lead various roundtable discussions on investment in Ghana and Africa and pay a courtesy call on the Queen at the Buckingham Palace.

In what will be a busy week of international engagements for the President, Mr. Mahama will also visit Denmark where he will hold meetings with the Danish Prime Minister, Helle Thorning-Schmidt, and the Crown Prince of Denmark, Prince Federick.

During the two-day official visit to Copenhagen, the President will deliver the keynote address at the main plenary of the Global Green Growth Forum and join the Danish Prime Minister to speak at another plenary on how to transform the consumption pattern of consumers and the citizenry.

In both London and Copenhagen, President Mahama will hold meetings with various business and investment groups with a view to showcasing the opportunities available in Ghana and the Continent for investment.
