President John Mahama yesterday hosted a meeting of Heads of State and Government on the establishment of a South-South Energy Initiative (SSEI) in New York.
The meeting, one of many the President participated in yesterday, was organized under the auspices of the United Nations, with Mr. Mahama as the key speaker.
After the closed door meeting of heads of state and governments, Minister for Foreign Affairs and regional Integration, Ms Hanna S. Tetteh (MP) addressed journalists and explained the Initiative and Ghana’s role.
