Emirates adds 7th daily service to Bangkok

emirates-airlinesEmirates airlines says it would from Friday July 1, commence its seventh daily service between Dubai and Bangkok, for travellers from Ghana through Dubai to connect easily.

The new service would allow the addition of a Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, one of Emirates young and modern fleet of aircrafts on the route.

A statement by the airline to the GNA said travellers on the new service would also enjoy the renowned hospitality of Emirates’ multi-national Cabin Crew, as well as gourmet cuisine and Emirates’ award-winning ice entertainment system; with up to 2,500 channels including movies, television programmes, games, audio books, and music.

Class and enjoy the advantage of the numerous connections to regional points with Emirates codeshare partner, Bangkok Airways,” the statement said.

Ghanaian travellers connecting to Bangkok from Dubai also have a whole new opportunity to explore Asia, as the capital has grown in popularity as a business and leisure destination.

This new service joins the existing four daily A380 and two daily 777 flights that currently operate between Dubai and Bangkok, and enhances the weekly services on the route to 49, adding another 2,520 seats and up to 134 tonnes in cargo capacity per week in each direction between Bangkok and Dubai to further facilitate travel and trade opportunities between Thailand and Emirates’ global network.

The return flight, EK351, would depart Bangkok at 0635 hours and arrive in Dubai the same day at 0950 hours from July 2.

The flight would connect seamlessly with a number of destinations in Europe such as London, Frankfurt, Lisbon, Istanbul, Madrid and Barcelona.
