The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of EMY Africa, Kojo Soboh, has paid a courtesy call on Ghana’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Sabah Zita Benson, ahead of the Africa Week Celebrations scheduled in London.
The visit formed part of high-level engagements to formally invite the High Commission to participate in the EMY Africa London Activations, which include the Africa Rising Symposium & UK Special Issue Launch, as well as the EMY Africa London Soirée & Exhibition, slated for the summer.
The engagements are designed to strengthen people-to-people relations, cultural diplomacy, and bilateral ties between Ghana, Africa, and the United Kingdom.
Mr. Soboh presented an official invitation to the High Commissioner as part of preparations for the flagship programmes, which are expected to convene policymakers, thought leaders, creatives, and business executives in London to advance dialogue on Africa’s development and global positioning.
Scheduled for July 30, 2026 at the Palace of Westminster, the Africa Rising Symposium serves as EMY Africa’s flagship thought leadership platform dedicated to shaping conversations on Africa’s future.
