Ethiopian Cargo & Logistics Services adjudged Best Cargo Airline in Africa for the third time

Ethiopian Cargo & Logistics Services, a subsidiary of Ethiopian Airlines, has been adjudged the Best Cargo Airline in Africa for the third consecutive time at the prestigious Arabian Cargo Awards, reaffirming its position as the continent’s leading cargo operator.

The award marks a historic milestone, making Ethiopian the only air cargo network carrier to win the top prize at all three editions of the Arabian Cargo Awards. The recognition highlights the airline’s dominance in the African cargo landscape and its growing influence in global logistics.

Held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Dubai, the event featured 42 categories celebrating excellence within the air cargo and logistics industry. Ethiopian’s victory adds to its expanding list of accolades in recent months. These include being named Highly Acclaimed African Cargo Airport of the Year’ and ‘Fastest Growing International Cargo Airline of the Year at Air Cargo Africa 2025, as well as Cargo Airline of the Year (Africa) in Dubai, among several others.

Ethiopian Airlines Group CEO, Mr. Mesfin Tasew, expressed gratitude for the recognition, describing it as a testament to the unwavering dedication of the airline’s employees. He reaffirmed the airline’s commitment to innovation and world-class service delivery.
