Ghana Embassy in Qatar urges citizens to stay indoors following missile attack

The Embassy of the Republic of Ghana in Doha, Qatar, has issued an urgent security advisory to all Ghanaians residing in Qatar following a missile attack that impacted areas in Doha. 

In a statement dated February 28, the Embassy advised citizens to take immediate shelter and remain indoors until further notice.

The advisory urged Ghanaians to stay away from military sites and crowded areas to avoid exposure to danger, and to keep essential supplies such as medication and food readily available. Citizens were also encouraged to obtain information only from official sources.

The Embassy provided emergency contact numbers: +974 44 36 44 86 and +974 70 13 62 81, along with an email address: doha@mfa.gov.gh, for further assistance.
