Speaking at the closing ceremony of the 12th edition of Colombia’s Spanish Language Programme in Accra, Vice President Márquez commended both governments for sustaining practical initiatives that strengthen capacity-building, cultural exchange and diplomatic engagement. She noted that the steady progress made in recent years reflects the commitment of both countries to work together on development-oriented projects that deliver real results.
