Award-winning Ghanaian rapper E.L, born Elom Adablah, has paid a courtesy call on the Ghana High Commission London ahead of his upcoming concert in the United Kingdom.
He was received by High Commissioner Zita Sabah Benson during the visit, which formed part of efforts to strengthen cultural diplomacy and promote Ghanaian creativity on the global stage.
The concert is scheduled to take place at Camden Assembly, where the 400-capacity show, presented by Live Nation and Skillions Global, is expected to deliver a high-energy performance featuring hits from E.L’s acclaimed B.A.R. project.
High Commissioner Benson commended the artist and industry stakeholders for promoting Ghana internationally and encouraged them to continue projecting the country’s image through music. She also assured continued support from the mission for Ghanaian creatives abroad.
The visit forms part of a broader effort by the High Commission to engage and support Ghanaian artists performing in the UK. In recent months, the mission has hosted notable acts including Daughters of Glorious Jesus and Stonebwoy ahead of their performances.
The engagement highlights the growing role of Ghanaian music in cultural diplomacy, as artists increasingly leverage international platforms to promote national identity and strengthen Ghana’s global image.
The event adds to a growing wave of Ghanaian creatives taking their craft to the United Kingdom as artists increasingly target diaspora audiences.
