
President John Dramani Mahama on Saturday, arrived in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, for the Seventh African Union (AU) Mid-Year Coordinating Meeting.
The Meeting will focus on coordinating the efforts of the AU, Regional Economic Communities, and Regional Mechanisms.
Additionally, the AU is holding an Extraordinary Session of the Assembly in Malabo.
The Malabo Declaration on Agriculture in Africa, which emphasizes agriculture’s role in economic growth and poverty reduction, is also linked to the Summit.
