The Embassy of the Russian Federation in Ghana on Wednesday announced the publication of the new edition of the “White Book” on violations of human rights and the rule of law in Ukraine.
A statement in Accra from the Embassy and copied to the Ghana News Agency said the July – November, 2014 edition was published in December, 2014.
The statement requested the Government of the Republic of Ghana, all diplomatic, consular missions and international organisations, scientific and business circles of the Republic of Ghana as well as the general public to follow the issues.
